1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to etiqa33, Malaysia's premier online sports betting and casino platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and etiqa33 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or placing a wager on etiqa33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the etiqa33 platform. We strongly recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your personal records.

2. Eligibility & Registration

etiqa33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required.

2.1 Registration Process

To become a registered member of etiqa33, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the sign-up process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly should any details change.

Only one (1) account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any winnings, bonuses, or balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to immediate forfeiture.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your etiqa33 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any third party. etiqa33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

All activities conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately.

etiqa33 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any stage of your membership. You agree to provide any documentation requested — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification — within the timeframe stipulated. Failure to cooperate with KYC procedures may result in account restriction or suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

etiqa33 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific promotional page.

4.1 Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your etiqa33 account instantly or within a few minutes. etiqa33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which etiqa33 accepts no responsibility.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. etiqa33 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds deposited from an account belonging to another person will be returned, and the account may be flagged for review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our internal verification procedures. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC identity verification process in full. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, but etiqa33 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days.

etiqa33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending a bonus wagering requirement, or where a KYC review has not been completed to our satisfaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

etiqa33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

etiqa33 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner not intended by etiqa33. Where bonus abuse is detected, etiqa33 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend the offending account(s).

etiqa33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. All promotional decisions made by etiqa33 are final and binding.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on etiqa33 — whether on the sportsbook, live casino, slots, esports markets, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the relevant rules before placing a wager.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Accidental bets cannot be reversed once the system has accepted them.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error that results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, etiqa33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• For live betting markets (in-play), odds are subject to change in real time. etiqa33 accepts no liability for bets placed at odds that were subsequently found to be incorrect due to a data feed error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet and may vary by sport, event, market type, and user account tier.
• etiqa33 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close any betting market at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

6.1 Sportsbook & Esports

Our sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, badminton, and major esports tournaments. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In the case of postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events, etiqa33's specific sport rules will apply and are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

6.2 Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on etiqa33 are provided by certified third-party gaming providers. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and disclosed within the game's information panel. etiqa33 does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using etiqa33, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools that access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or during any subsequent verification process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the etiqa33 platform — including but not limited to the etiqa33 brand name, logos, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of etiqa33 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the etiqa33 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

etiqa33 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, during which the platform or certain features may be temporarily unavailable. etiqa33 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your etiqa33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

etiqa33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account has been accessed or used fraudulently or for illegal purposes.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the restriction or closure of your account.
• You are using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not permitted.

Upon account closure, any genuine funds held in your account — after deducting any applicable bonus balances, pending bonuses, or amounts subject to investigation — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and verification requirements.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which etiqa33 operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall first be addressed through etiqa33's internal complaints procedure as described in Section 14 below.

etiqa33 endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. However, should a dispute remain unresolved after exhausting our internal complaints process, you may seek independent arbitration or mediation through an appropriate dispute resolution body.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under applicable local laws in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction where such consumer protections cannot be contractually excluded.
